Verlässt das Tier die Waage werden Kot- und Schmutzreste automatisch tariert. Selbstverständlich können auch andere Güter gewogen werden.
Alle TEXAS TRADING Waagenanzeigen haben ein staubdichtes und spritzwassergeschütztes Polycarbonatgehäuse. Wiegezellen und alle elektrischen Verbindungen sind wasserdicht. Stöße werden über Gummipuffer gedämpft. Die bei lebenden Tieren zwangsläufig auftretenden Seitenlasten werden von der standsicheren Fußkonstruktion zuverlässig und dauerhaft aufgenommen. Die Anschlusskabel der Wiegebalken verfügen über eine sichere, aber einfach zu lösende Verschraubung. So können die Wiegestäbe bei Nichtgebrauch an der Wiegeplattform verbleiben, während die Anzeige abgebaut werden kann.
Wegen dieser Trennung können TEXAS TRADING Waagen nicht geeicht werden. Sie sind als Waagen zur Erfassung der Tierleistung und -gesundheit gedacht.
